L4D6 - Progress!
I encourage you to work out in skimpy clothes once in a while (if you don’t already) - you’ll be AMAZED at the differences you’ll notice in your body. I’ve noticed that when I’m doing moves on all fours, my stomach doesn’t hang towards the floor like it used to, even though it was pretty flat before. Now, my stomach stays taught.

L4D5 - Can't walk!
I only made it through 20 minutes of DC yesterday bc my calves are so tight! I feel like I have giant painful knots at the top of calves. I can still barely walk today - I thought walking my dog this morning would help loosen them up but not at all.
Today, for the first time, I’m skipping cardio and just doing MS. I had avoided doing this because I was scared of slipping into only doing MS...

L4D3 - Dance Cardio the right way
Yesterday the gym in my building was PACKED. I’m so used to working out at off hours that I didn’t realize so many of my neighbors even worked out ;) I waited around for a few minutes until I realized that every single person on the treadmills had gotten on right before I arrived, so there was no reason to waste 30 minutes I could be working out by waiting for a machine.

L4D1 - balance!
L4 is HARD in a completely NEW way. When you start out, the standing portion seems really short (all though the weighted arms are a bit tough because Tracy makes you hold out your arm while you’re doing moves with the other) but when you get to the leg work on all fours you understand why! All of the floor moves are done with some sort of arm movement combined with opposite leg movement....

Treadmill problems
OMG. Fell off the treadmill this morning. Mortifying.
-BUT-
The adrenaline from falling/embarrassment gave me an awesome push for the rest of my workout!
(Luckily I wasn’t hurt and there were only two people there to judge me)

L3D6 - the last 5 weeks
Looking back on the past 5 weeks of working out. I’m pretty proud of myself. I’ve kept with the program and gotten progressively more active in general. 13 weeks to go!
